A few weeks ago I shared a very touching story written by fellow voice talent, Andrew Swingler, about the tragic loss of his wife, Sandra, to cancer. Since then, many in the voiceover community have come to Andrew’s aid, not only with words of encouragement and support, but also financially, by donating to the VO Peeps Scholarship Fund, established by Anne Ganguzza and the Media Communications Association of Orange County/LA County (MCAI-OC).
The Scholarship Fund was established to assist Andrew, and his two daughters, Elizabeth and Rachel, in their time of need. I’m glad to report that the fundraising goal established by Anne is in sight, but not quite over the top.
